Having arrived somewhat late to the party, Ultimate Flooring Solutions quickly positioned itself as the tiler
of choice for this magnificent show home high on the hill looking northwards over the entire Auckland
isthmus.
A technically demanding and substantial residential tiling job, the brief encompassed 3 high stud, fully
tiled bathrooms with oversized showers each falling to channel wastes. The exacting client had specified
vastly different tiling configurations for each individual bathroom with multiple grout, silicon, and trim
colours within each unique configuration. The job was further complicated with the inclusion of full wall
mosaic and LED light integrated soap boxes.
After taking a full written job brief (our standard procedure), Ultimate Flooring Solutions quickly got to
work building the showers, waterproofing, as well as the tiling proper. Having successfully navigated
multiple substrate and other 3rd party building issues, along with tile size disparities, we delivered 3 x
beautiful bathrooms totally in keeping with this show home’s unique, imposing, and ultra high end theme.
